l In June 1999, Little Bird Hotline for Migrant Workers was established in Beijing, offering psychological counseling, legal consultation and urban integration advocacy for the workers.
l In Aug. 2004, being authorized by the Bureau of Justice of Dongcheng District in Beijing, Little Bird established “Little Bird People’s Mediation Committee”, and began to mediate labor disputes through mediation and promote harmonious labor relations.
l In April 2006, with the funding support from the German Embassy, Little Bird opened the hotline in Shenzhen.
l In 2006, the German Chancellor Angela Merkel visited China. She met and communicated with Wei Wei, the founder of Little Bird Hotline, in the German Embassy.
l In Aug. 2012, Little Bird started to focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and cooperated with the Irish companies, U.S. company and Chinese local ones, offering care service for over 1,000,000 corporate employees.
l In Oct. 2018, Little Bird co-sponsored with the Embassy of Sweden to hold the Forum on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Shenzhen. The German Chamber of Commerce and its 4 member companies attended and made excellent presentation for experience sharing.
